Usually when I visit a friend at their Raya open house, the first thing I'd be on the look out for is rendang ayam. Why? At the time, I didn’t know that the storm dust caused it. The day was very window with what I initially thought was thick rain clouds. I had to abandon my plans of going out with my lil girl thinking that it might rain anytime soon. I only came to know about the dust storm in the afternoon via the online news. Even our sandals left outdoors were covered with red dust which I had earlier thought was dirtied by my hubby when he pottered around the garden *LOL* I hope such dust storm will not occur again.
